About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or constant overthinking? Maybe ADHD makes it difficult to stay organized, manage school or work, or keep up with expectations. Many of my clients feel misunderstood, frustrated with themselves, or unsure where to start. I work with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and challenging family dynamics. I provide a supportive space to talk openly, build practical coping skills, and develop greater confidence in who you are.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your needs. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe and supportive partnership. I see every client as more than a diagnosis and aim to meet you where you are while helping you move toward meaningful change. Since beginning my clinical work in 2019, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Together, we will explore patterns and experiences contributing to your current challenges while building practical skills you can use in everyday life. My work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy to support meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and create a life that feels meaningful to them. Mental health challenges often arise from patterns we’ve learned in order to cope with difficult experiences, as well as from involvement in systems that aren’t always built to support us effectively. I see therapy as a way to unlearn what doesn’t serve us and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. I am passionate about human rights, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, and advocating for those whose voices may not be heard. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for all clients. I approach therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and respect, and my goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and capable of making meaningful change.
