I draw on your strengths, stay curious about your experiences, and offer practical tools—like setting healthy boundaries, building routines that support your goals, and finding ways to calm your body during stressful moments—to help you move toward the life you want. Some days our sessions might be more about exploring what’s beneath the overwhelm and other days we might learn new tools customized to support your brain and your life. My approach is rooted in identifying and embracing your strengths while partnering with you to shape a path forward that feels both achievable and meaningful.
