My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado as well as a National Certified Counselor. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Educational Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. I use a blend of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tailor my approach to fit your needs, personality, and goals. You are not a cookie, so a cookie-cutter approach won't be effective.
