About My Clients
My clients are intelligent, self-aware, and often high-capacity—but their nervous systems run intense. Many are autistic or neurodivergent, navigating burnout, PMDD, or cycle-related mood shifts that disrupt work and relationships. They don’t feel broken, just stuck. They’re ready to move beyond coping and build sustainable capacity with a therapist who respects their intelligence and communicates directly.
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist with a strong clinical interest in autistic and high-capacity neurodivergent adults, with particular focus on burnout and PMDD-related cycle shifts. My work is collaborative, direct, and grounded in nervous system literacy. Many of my clients have been misdiagnosed, misunderstood, or told they are “too much.” I approach therapy as integration—not just insight. We identify patterns quickly and translate understanding into sustainable change at a pace your nervous system can support. As an autistic clinician, I value clarity, precision, and honest communication. I don’t pathologize intensity. I help you understand it, work with it, and build real capacity in your relationships, work, and daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe growth comes from learning to work with how you’re wired, not fighting it. Everyone has strengths that can be refined and directed. Therapy isn’t about fixing defects—it’s about building capacity from the inside out. Change is sustainable when it’s intentional, honest, and rooted in self-understanding rather than pressure or performance.
