About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families — including LGBTQ+ clients and people living with chronic or invisible illness. People come to me navigating anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, life transitions, and trauma. Some arrive with a clear sense of what they want to work on; others simply know that something feels stuck. Either way, you don't need to have it figured out before you walk in the door. That's what we're here for.
My Background and Approach
I grew up in Los Angeles, and while I've always loved the energy and diversity of this city, I also found myself drawn to work that felt more connected, to people, to meaning, to something real. I studied Communications and Business at Tulane University, and after graduating spent time working in the entertainment industry. That world gave me a genuine appreciation for storytelling and the many ways identity gets shaped by the narratives around us. It also made clear that I wanted to support people more directly. That led me to Antioch University Los Angeles, where I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development. During my training at Richstone Family Center, I worked with individuals and families affected by domestic violence and child abuse, experiences that deeply shaped how I show up in the therapy room today.
