My Background and Approach
My counseling philosophy is designed to help you feel comfortable sharing and exploring troubling issues while also encouraging you to develop new insights. My experience includes working with various anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, and personality disorders. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children of all ages. I am trained in multiple therapeutic techniques and utilize the one that best suits your needs. I understand that seeking support is a very personal and difficult decision that indicates a commitment to improving and changing your life. My job is to join you in that commitment and in doing so help you develop a sense of what you need and where you want your life to take you.
