About My Clients
My clients are individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and the patterns shaping their lives and relationships. You may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you. I work with people navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, trauma, grief, life transitions, and the complexities of becoming or being a parent. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to change before we begin.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential. I believe lasting change often begins by slowing down and becoming curious about what is happening beneath the surface. In our work, we may explore emotions, body sensations, relationship patterns, and the ways past experiences continue to shape how you relate to yourself and others. I draw from Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, PACT, attachment theory, and other relational approaches. Rather than viewing patterns as something to fix, I see them as meaningful adaptations that once helped you cope, connect, or protect yourself. Therapy can offer a space to understand these patterns with greater compassion and begin experimenting with new ways of being. With couples, I focus on what happens between you in the present moment, helping you better understand one another and create more connection, safety, and flexibility in your relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people make sense in the context of their experiences, relationships, and the ways they’ve learned to move through the world. I value curiosity, authenticity, humor, and creating space for the full complexity of being human. Outside of therapy, I’m a wife, mom, sister, and friend. I love cooking and baking, spending time outdoors, being with my dogs, and gathering around a table with people I care about.
