I specialize in trauma therapy and have experience with a wide range of areas, including: anxiety, depression, attachment issues, disordered eating, LGBTQIA+, self-esteem, life transitions, self-injury, and suicidal ideation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I recognize processing current challenges, painful past experiences, and identifying unhealthy patterns is vulnerable and takes courage to make the choice to challenge ourselves to move toward healthier ways of living. I believe we have everything inside of us we need to heal. Sometimes, we need support to help us utilize our strengths to move toward change. My role is to facilitate self-exploration by encouraging and challenging you to continue to grow and process current and past experiences in an effort to be the best version of yourself, and ultimately, to live in your integrity.
