About My Clients
In collaborative work with clients, I utilize various therapeutic methods, including person-centered, solution-focused, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral approaches with elements of mindfulness. My areas of focus include Identify Development, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Interpersonal Relationships, Self-Esteem, Emotional Regulation, and Women’s Issues.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for all clients to help them overcome barriers and achieve identified goals. I strongly believe that all individuals possess unique set of strengths and characteristics. Focusing and building on clients’ existing strength and qualities allows individuals to improve their resiliency, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and overall functioning. My goal is to help individuals gain knowledge, skills, and perspectives that they will be able to access outside of therapy to successfully cope and navigate life stressors.
