About My Clients
I work best with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, women issues, and life transitions. I also support neurodivergent individuals and those struggling with self-worth, relationship challenges, or past abuse. My ideal client is someone ready to explore their inner world and open to growth, even if it feels scary at first. I especially welcome BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized voices seeking affirming, culturally sensitive care.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is integrative, relational, and person-centered. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while honoring your identity and lived story. I value authenticity, cultural humility, and emotional safety, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether we’re unpacking trauma, addressing mood concerns, or navigating life transitions, I strive to meet you with curiosity, empathy, and respect.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be accessible, inclusive, and grounded in justice. I value authenticity, compassion, and the strength found in vulnerability. I show up for my clients not just as a provider, but as a human—rooted in empathy, purpose, and hope. I support causes that uplift Black lives, LGBTQIA+ rights, and mental health awareness. Outside of work, I enjoy mindfulness, advocacy, and time in nature to recharge.
