About My Clients

I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and women’s mental health concerns, including perinatal and postpartum support. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to take active steps toward healing and growth. With a holistic approach, I integrate psychotherapy, medication management, and wellness strategies tailored to your unique needs.

My Background and Approach

My experience allows me to integrate physical health and emotional well-being, since challenges like anxiety, depression, and trauma often have physical symptoms such as insomnia, pain, or fatigue. Clients benefit from a holistic approach that connects medical knowledge with therapeutic care. My career includes experience in outpatient psychiatry, primary care, and community health settings. I have worked with individuals facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, and perinatal mental health concerns. These experiences taught me to deliver care that is both research-based and practical for everyday life. Clients often share that they feel truly seen, heard, and understood in our work together. Specialties Women’s Mental Health I specialize in perinatal and postpartum care, supporting women through pregnancy, motherhood, and reproductive transitions. Outside of my professional role, I support organizations dedicated to mental health awareness&maternal health equity

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Beyond my clinical training, I believe healing happens when people feel safe, respected, and fully seen. My work is grounded in values of compassion, equity, and empowerment. I view mental health as not only an individual journey but also a community one—how we care for ourselves affects how we show up for our families, workplaces, and the broader world. I am deeply passionate about supporting women’s mental health, particularly during life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I also believe strongly in advocating for access to quality care for underserved and marginalized communities, including people of color, immigrants, and those navigating systemic barriers. I proudly support and affirm the LGBTQ+ community, and I strive to create an inclusive therapeutic environment where all identities are welcomed and respected. My commitment to cultural humility means I approach every client with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn from your lived experience.
