My Background and Approach
With extensive experience in working with multicultural and diverse client population, we provide counseling for adults, couples, children, teens, and families. We use a collaborative approach to help with boosting self-esteem, building coping skills, depression, anxiety, adjustment and transition issues, acculturation and cultural identity, relationships, and children behavioral issues. Our goal is to assist clients in moving towards with functional and emotionally fulfilling life, self-growth, and an overall sense of well-being. We assist you in working through your struggles by using a collaborative approach in moving towards overall sense of well-being. We integrate therapeutic techniques from different approaches, with emphasis in Solution- Focused, Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Expressive arts.
