About My Clients
I support children (age 5+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and identity concerns. My ideal clients may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or emotionally stuck. They’re seeking a safe, supportive space to explore their experiences and build lasting change. I work best with those ready to grow, whether they’re managing stress, rebuilding after loss, or seeking clarity and self-acceptance in their journey.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida and Alabama with over six years of experience in private practice and four years in hospital-based care. I’ve worked with individuals and families across all ages, helping them navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions. As a culturally responsive therapist, I specialize in working with diverse populations, including Black, Hispanic, and Haitian communities, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach blends evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to help clients build emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your emotions, heal from pain, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your voice and step into your most empowered self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a licensed therapist, I am passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces where individuals of all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and empowered. I strongly support women’s empowerment, disability inclusion, and mental health advocacy across diverse communities. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens, and welcome clients of all races, ethnicities, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. I believe in honoring each person’s story and creating space for healing without judgment. I stand with movements that fight for equity, including LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, and disability awareness. My goal is to walk beside clients as they break generational cycles, reclaim their voice, and rise into their full potential. At the core of my work is comp
