About My Clients
I love to support clients to connect to their bodies, come into alignment with their authentic selves, and find greater presence and ease in their life and relationships. I specialize in supporting folks with somatic regulation and resiliency, life transitions, mindfulness and spirituality, personal growth, and justice oriented liberation.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, we’ll build a partnership to explore and uncover your intrinsic strength, resiliency, and innate capacity to heal and grow. I will guide you to safely connect to your body, and increase your awareness and experience of the present moment. Slowing down and connecting to your felt sense, will promote grounding and regulation of your nervous system. This somatic practice can support you to increase awareness, presence, and ease in the moment, decreasing anxiety, stress, and worry. I love to support folks in this process, and to help you move through fear and uncertainty towards your goals and desires.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify as an anti racist White Jew and am committed to my task as a white person to unlearn racism and dismantle white supremacy. I have experience and training in anti racism work both personally and as a clinician, and I recognize that this work is unfinished and ongoing. I support Black Lives Matter and Indigenous Sovereignty movements locally and nationally. I am queer and trans, and have worked extensively with the LGBTQIAPK community as a clinician and an activist. I have a dedicated spiritual practice that includes daily meditation and study, as well as Jewish spiritual practice, ritual, social justice work, and community building.
