About My Clients
I diagnose and treat people from ages 12 and above with all forms of mental illness. Do you often feel anxious, or depressed, have mood swings, are not in touch with reality, or struggle with inattention? I understand how overwhelming and scary it can be. I want to help you overcome them. Within the first month, most of my clients see improvement. I foster an atmosphere where my clients feel heard & their needs are prioritized. I can help you. My Background and Approach
My extensive experience and knowledge in acute care medicine and psychiatry have helped me tremendously in determining when collaborative care is needed to deliver integrated mental health care to my patients. Therefore, we will discuss your present and past medical history. Including my client in the plan of care at all times is vital to me because it increases the likelihood that the customized and defined plan of care will be followed by the patient. After discussing what led you to seek treatment, we will determine the best course of action to assist you in moving forward. Should CBT be a part of the treatment plan, we will examine how your ideas impact your feelings and experiences. I'll teach you how to resist those thoughts throughout treatment so that you can experience healthier emotions. While treating my patients with respect & dignity, my goal is to provide support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs.

I believe that mental well-being is the beginning of every positive aspect of our lives. Focusing on your mental health can have a significant impact on various aspects of your life. This includes improving your relationships, work performance, and overall well-being. Prioritizing your mental health can lead to increased self-esteem and self-confidence, better stress management, and improved physical health. It can also help you feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions, resulting in more positive experiences and a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment. I am very passionate about mental health and on countless occasions, I have seen myself go above and beyond for my clients. My passion for mental health stems not only from work experience in psychiatry but from personal experience, and this has helped me connect with my clients better and create a safe atmosphere for them where they don’t feel judged or not understood.
