About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating OCD, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and related concerns. Many have tried therapy before and are seeking a more structured, evidence-based approach that provides clarity, direction, and measurable progress. Care is well-suited for individuals experiencing overthinking, avoidance, emotional dysregulation, or relationship strain shaped by cognitive and neurodivergent patterns.
My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed psychologist providing evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment in Dallas and virtually across Texas. Treatment integrates CBT, ERP for OCD and anxiety, ACT, DBT-informed skills, and neurodivergent-informed care. Emphasis is placed on diagnostic clarity, structured treatment planning, and ongoing assessment to ensure therapy remains targeted, responsive, and effective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy should be structured, precise, and grounded in clinical clarity. Neurodivergence is considered where relevant without overgeneralizing or oversimplifying concerns. Treatment prioritizes accuracy, thoughtful collaboration, and meaningful change, with a focus on helping individuals understand how they think, regulate, and function so progress is sustainable and aligned with real-world demands. I strongly support neurodiversity-affirming care and believe that anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges are often shaped by the environments and expectations people navigate, not personal failure. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, cultural humility, and ongoing learning. I’m committed to helping clients better understand themselves, reduce shame, and build skills that support autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful change. Above all, I believe therapy should feel purposeful, respectful, and empowering.
