My Personal Beliefs and Interests
NyCola enjoys living in the Huron community with her husband and their five children where they ride bikes, play ball, visit the library and playgrounds. NyCola volunteers with her church as a MOMSnext ministry leader and has been a speaker on the topics of equipping our children to manage their emotions, postpartum depression & anxiety, managing “mommy anger” and resolving “mommy guilt.” She has also given presentations in the community on “the mental health effects of quarantine and school closures on youth,” “when to consider seeking a therapist,” and “youth suicide awareness and prevention. NyCola helps individuals, couples and families embrace life to the full through improving their mental health, relationship satisfaction, parenting approaches or limiting mindsets. She believes that if you can help change a person’s life, you have the power to change the life of the family for generations to come.
