About My Clients
I have a great deal of experience working with individuals dealing with severe mental illness, substance use, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, trauma, adjustment disorders, as well as grief/loss. I offer several therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve their goals. Services are provided in your home via a secure tele-health platform as well as in person.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is important to me that everyone is accepted, and treated just as important as everyone else. I've worked with a variety of population including the LGBTQIA. I really try to meet my clients where they are in their stage of life. I focus on empowerment, and highlighting their strengths. It can be challenging at times for my clients to see how resilient they are especially during life transitions. I also like to work with clients who are active in their treatment. Meaning, I want them to practice skills outside of therapy. I want them to master the skills they are learning in therapy to be able to apply those skills to their day to day lives.
