About My Clients
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma, ADHD, or sleep problems. My clients are often seeking relief from emotional distress, help managing medications, and a safe, understanding environment to heal and grow. I welcome adults, teens, and families who are ready to improve their mental health and overall well-being.
My Background and Approach
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Michigan and Florida. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with empathy and genuine care. I believe that every person deserves individualized care that respects their life story and goals. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping clients manage conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and insomnia. Together, we’ll find the right balance of therapy and medication to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, accessible, and stigma-free. My mission is to empower individuals to take charge of their wellness through education, self-awareness, and supportive care. I value diversity and inclusion and provide a nonjudgmental space where clients from all backgrounds feel heard and respected. Outside of my practice, I’m passionate about mental health awareness, community education, and mentoring other nurses pursuing psychiatry. I also enjoy creating mental health content to make information more relatable and accessible to the public.
