About My Clients
I treat clients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or who need couples therapy and the confidential treatment of sexual issues.
My Background and Approach
In addition to my extensive experience and training in couples and sex therapy, I have spent over a decade in the Social Service field, working with both children and their families, helping them to address their desire to better cope with personal and professional stress, acute or chronic illness, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma and life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that there should not be a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, aroma therapy, and both traditional/non-traditional locations for therapy sessions to help my clients overcome many of the obstacles they are facing.
