About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, identity, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected; seeking a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including BIPOC individuals and intercultural or interfaith relationships, honoring the complexity and richness of each person’s lived experience.
My Background and Approach
I am currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a professional background spanning over 15 years in social services, nonprofits, and startups. Across these spaces, my work has centered on supporting people through complexity with care, thoughtfulness, and a deep respect for each person’s story. My approach is rooted in systemic therapy, which means I consider the broader context of your life: your relationships, cultural background, and lived experiences. I take an integrative approach, drawing from narrative and intergenerational frameworks to help you better understand your patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. Our work together is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your unique story. Our work together is collaborative and reflective. I’ll meet you with warmth and curiosity, while also gently inviting you to look at things in new ways that support growth and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about cultivating awareness, understanding patterns, and expanding the ways you relate to yourself and others. It is a space for intentional reflection, growth, and reconnection. I show up as a real person in the room; warm, engaged, and honest. I will hold space for you, and I will also gently challenge you when it supports your growth. As a first-generation Latina, I bring a culturally attuned lens to our work, recognizing the impact of identity, family systems, and environment on how we move through the world. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to explore. Therapy can be both grounding and transformative, and I’m here to support you in that process.
