About My Clients
The process of therapy involves self-exploration, understanding your patterns, and how they impact your life and the lives of those around you. This requires a commitment in time and resources, a willingness to learn more about yourself, as well a desire to heal. My preference is working with individuals who are ready to make changes in their lives.

I use an integrative approach that combines Family system theory, mindfulness techniques, trauma-informed therapy, CBT and DBT and other evidence based therapy tools I welcome the opportunity to support you in your healing journey. In addition to providing individual therapy, I have expanded my practice to include Mental Health Immigration Evaluations in the following states: New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. I am familiar with Asylum Cases and Extreme Hardship Cases.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My belief is that most of us have an innate desire to heal and lead productive lives. A therapist can act as a guide as well as a catalyst for change. I provide support in navigating difficult relationships, managing stress, healing past traumas, developing greater self-awareness, and learning and utilizing effective coping skills.
