First and foremost, you are the one that is in the driver seat. I'm the co-pilot, and I'm here to help guide you to feel less depressed, anxious, or stuck in your daily life. It is important that I be able to provide you with tools to help you manage your feelings, so that you can know what to do in between our sessions to begin to feel better. We work together at your pace and start where you are. And if a certain tool doesn't work, I have many of them up my sleeve to work with you on at any point in your sessions. I also use a lot of mindfulness tools, as I believe the body and the brain work together. My practice centers around people who are feeling stuck in their lives, or have experienced some kind of trauma that may be causing a lot of anxiety for them. You can get back to feeling like life is joyful and happy, and won't feel stuck and lost in those feelings of fear, scarcity, sadness or being unmotivated. Together we will make life happen for you.
