About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and young adults navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, life transitions, and family dynamics. I also enjoy working with professionals experiencing stress, burnout, perfectionism, or work-life imbalance. You may be feeling stuck in familiar patterns or simply ready to better understand yourself and your relationships and create meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and bring both clinical training and years of experience in demanding professional environments to my work as an LMFT-Associate. This background gives me insight into the pressures that can come with relationships, career demands, and major life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship and communication challenges, anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, family-of-origin dynamics, life transitions, and stress or burnout. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll explore the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up as their whole self and feel heard, respected, and understood. I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and meaningful connection, and I believe our relationships and life experiences deeply shape who we are. I also believe change can be both challenging and incredibly meaningful, and that it’s never too late to choose a path that feels more aligned with who you are and the life you want to create.
