About My Clients
I provide affirming care to adults and teens navigating grief, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, identity, or life transitions. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients, those living with disabilities, and anyone seeking a safe space for healing. My clients may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and are ready for support and change. Many are curious to explore somatic interventions as part of their healing. Together, we build resilience, confidence, and clarity.
My Background and Approach
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate trauma, addiction, grief, identity, and life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I integrate somatic practices, trauma-informed care, and CBT to support emotional healing and deeper self-connection. I have my own somatic practice that allows me to be fully present and available to you. I provide practical, immediate skills so you're not stuck in therapy for years. We'll focus on what's happening now, and work together to build tools you can use anytime; tools that help you regulate your nervous system, shift your thinking, and feel more in control. Together, we’ll build clarity, resilience, and a sense of wholeness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a person who stutters and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. My lived experience informs how I hold space for those navigating identity, trauma, grief, addiction, and feeling misunderstood. I believe therapy should welcome all parts of you—especially the ones you’ve been taught to hide. My values include the belief that you don’t have to be in therapy for years to benefit. Over time, I’ve evolved a strong somatic approach, because it simply makes the most sense—we heal best when we understand the connection between body, mind, and emotions. My work is grounded in compassion, presence, and the belief that real change is possible.
