Are you having a hard time "getting over" or "moving on" from something? Are you having trouble adjusting to a change in your life? Do you feel stuck and aren't sure about what to do next? Maybe it's a move, a breakup, a loss, or another life event that you're having a hard time accepting. It's common to have these moments of uncertainty. And sometimes that can be scary. Therapy can be a great way to work through these thoughts and feelings and figure out what it is you may need to feel unstuck
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals who are having a tough time transitioning or adapting to a change in their life. I also work with individuals who have experienced a trauma. I like to use a collaborative approach in sessions. I believe that you are the expert of their own life. My hope is to help guide and bring to the surface some things that may be hard to accept or move on from.
