About My Clients
I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck and are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. I welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and strive to provide care that is respectful, collaborative, and individualized.
My Background and Approach
My background in psychology and forensic psychology has shaped a thoughtful, structured, and compassionate approach to therapy. I primarily use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, goals, culture, and life experiences. I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than one-size-fits-all. Together, we work to understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, build practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood. I view therapy as a collaborative process that honors each client’s unique experiences, values, culture, and goals. I believe meaningful change often begins with greater self-awareness, compassion, and the opportunity to explore difficult experiences in a safe and supportive environment. My role is not to tell clients who they should be, but to help them better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, develop healthier patterns, and move toward the life they want to create.
