About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults facing grief, burnout, complex family dynamics, and significant life transitions. My approach is warm, grounded, and depth-oriented, ideal for those seeking more than surface-level solutions.
My Background and Approach
I’m an existential therapist who helps clients explore meaning, grief, and identity. I’m also trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you’re healing from trauma or navigating major life transitions, I offer both depth and direction, so you’re not just surviving, but actually living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in holding space for people who’ve never truly had one. I work from an anti-oppression lens and support movements for racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, and mental health accessibility. I’ve worked closely with families impacted by suicide and carry a deep commitment to meaning-making in the face of grief and trauma. I also believe in humor, warmth, and honesty, and in showing up for people when things are messy, not just when they’re easy.
