Sometimes, talking about your feelings is difficult, whether that’s due to not having the words, not understanding how you feel, or simply not knowing where to start. My approach to client care comes from a person-centered and trauma-responsive perspective. One of my specialties is a non-verbal therapeutic treatment approach called Sandplay Therapy. While this method works wonders for children, it’s also proven effective in adults. Working together in a safe and protected space, your healing process awaits. As a Latinx and bilingual woman fluent in English and Spanish, I deeply enjoy the opportunity to work and connect with diverse groups of people. I believe in creating an empathic and respectful environment where clients can feel safe to express themselves. My aim is to understand my clients experience, uncover their needs, and create collaborative plans that will render long-lasting change.
