My Background and Approach
As a practicing mental health provider, I have had the privilege of working in various settings. My knowledge base covers numerous systems that operate and impact our daily lives as well as treatment modalities to address anxiety and depression. My focus is to support you in building your toolkit to manage life's difficult moments and emotions, increasing your confidence and ability to express your needs in a healthy and direct manner and to recognize your triggers to either manage them in a positive manner or to reduce/eliminate them if at all possible.
