About My Clients
Do you feel like your life is passing you by without any direction? Are you unsure if your relationship will last because of all the fighting? Do you struggle with communicating with your family? Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? I believe that relationships are the center of our lives and when we are accepting and compassionate to ourselves we can bring our best to our relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families, who may be struggling through a variety of issues.
My Background and Approach
I enjoy creating art and find that it can aid in the healing process and may be helpful when expressing difficult emotions. I take a strength based approach to therapy and guide you to find solutions to your problems. We'll work collaboratively to address the issues that are causing issues in your life right now. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts. We'll discuss what happens to your body when fear takes over so you can learn how to quickly calm down. You'll gain resilience so that attacks don't continue in the future.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that relationships are the center of our lives and when we are accepting and compassionate to ourselves we can bring our best to our relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families, who may be struggling through anxiety, depression, grief and PTSD. As your therapist, I aim to provide you a safe and caring environment, where you feel comfortable to discuss what is happening in your life.
