About My Clients

It makes you feel stuck and be uncertain of what to do or which way to go with your life personally and or professionally. My Background and Approach
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and I have a doctoral degree in Body-Mind medicine with a specialization in Integrative Mental Health (USA), an MSc degree in Health Psychology (UK), an MS Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling (USA), and Clinical Psychology (Brazil). I have advanced certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and as a Yoga Instructor. I am a qualified LMFT supervisor and I supervise intern therapists in Florida. I love what I do, and my rich professional, academic, multicultural, and personal experiences have helped me to develop an eclectic therapeutic approach. I customize therapy for individuals depending on their cultural, social, and spiritual backgrounds, and on their distinct stages of growth and needs. I see my clients holistically, considering all aspects that might be affecting their life and health. I utilize an evidence-based approach along with my intuition, so you make sense of your experiences and heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love to learn about human nature and to interact with people from different ethnic, cultural, social, and spiritual backgrounds. I walk the talk and I am what I want to see in the world: kind, tolerant, compassionate, respectful, resilient, grateful, and peaceful. I have a deep respect for humans from any cultural, religious, and ethnic background, also for animals and nature; and I do whatever I can to make this planet a better place for future generations to live. I believe that love is the only emotion that exponentially multiplies, and I do my best to vibrate in this emotion wherever I go and in whatever I do. I have always dedicated time and energy to volunteering and to giving back to the community the blessings I have received from life. My core values deeply guide me and I truly believe that when they are ingrained within us, life becomes easier and much less complicated.
