About My Clients
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. My role isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to support you in uncovering your own strengths, gaining fresh insights, and building skills that help you move through life with more ease and authenticity. My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and gently direct. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are, with all your thoughts, feelings, questions, and even your sense of humor.
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. My professional background includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and healing from past trauma. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, celebrate your strengths, and build skills for lasting change. Expect genuine compassion, some gentle humor, and a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In our sessions, you can expect to gain new insights into yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a stronger sense of self-worth. Many clients find they leave therapy with: Increased emotional awareness and regulation A clearer understanding of their needs and boundaries Improved communication and relationship skills Tools to manage stress, anxiety, and low mood A greater sense of confidence and self-acceptance I aim to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself. Whether we’re exploring past experiences or focusing on present challenges, my goal is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change, at a pace that honors your journey.
