About My Clients
While my clients come from all walks of life, I consider my specialty to be helping my clients see tangible, practical results. Therapy should be more then just a place to talk. I use a combination of various types of therapy modalities, but most importantly, I look at each client with a fresh set of eyes and help them figure out the unique treatment plan that works for them.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, life transitions and stress management concerns. I take a Client-Centered approach and utilize the latest advancements in mental health care to treat clients as individuals with unique needs. Most importantly, I like to help my clients identify goals, explore their emotions and follow up with solutions.
