About My Clients

If you’re stuck in your head, battling anxiety, low self-worth, or just over faking the whole ‘I’m fine’ thing, you’re in the right place. I work with teens, adults, and those who identify in the LGBTQ+ community, figuring life out, managing everyday chaos, and becoming the version of themselves they actually want to be. My clients get to drop the facade and be heard, seen, and make change.

My Background and Approach

I have a Master’s in Family Therapy from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, and I’ve worked in high schools, clinics, and private practices—so I’ve seen how real life shows up in the therapy room. My approach is eclectic, meaning I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I pull from CBT, DBT, person-centered, collaborative, and solution-focused approaches to cut through the noise and figure out what actually works for you. No fluff, just real change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing doesn’t have to look like toxic positivity or pretending everything’s fine. I value honesty, autonomy, and unlearning the stuff that’s been holding you back. I especially aim to empower folks from marginalized communities—whether you’ve felt othered, silenced, or just plain exhausted by the world. Therapy should be a space where you can be real, take up space, and feel seen.
