I use it more flexibly to help you notice and challenge the unhelpful thoughts that feed anxiety and self-doubt. It's about getting curious, not judgmental. We’ll look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all connect, and find ways to shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck
