About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I support clients who feel stuck in patterns, disconnected in relationships, or unsure how to move forward, helping them build insight, practical tools, and healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in relational and emotional health. I earned my graduate degree from Spring Arbor University, where my studies focused on relational issues and mood disorders, including anxiety, trauma, depression, and stress. This foundation allows me to help clients understand how past experiences influence present emotions and relationships. I specialize in couples counseling and mother–daughter relationships, supporting clients who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns, communication breakdowns, or unresolved emotional wounds. My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families move from conflict to clarity by building insight, emotional safety, and practical tools for healthier connection. In addition to clinical work, I host Relationship Runway experiences and Truth Party conversations—interactive spaces that blend therapy, education, and real-life relationship challenges to support meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value community connection, education, and healing beyond the therapy room. I enjoy working alongside local communities and schools to support emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and early intervention. I believe access to mental health education and honest conversations can help reduce stigma, strengthen families, and create safer spaces for growth. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and equipped with the right tools.
