About My Clients

It is my pleasure to walk with you, wherever you find yourself presently. I work with diverse adults and youth who struggle with disconnection, grief, eatin disorders, addiction, adjustment, and cultural conflicts. I am LGBTQ+ affirming therapist to non-traditional couples, families, adults, and youth.

My Background and Approach

I work from a holistic mindfulness approach that is whole-person focused. I guide from compassion, curiosity, and a desire to develop confidence in your own ability to expand self trust. I believe healing is a collaborative and generative process of self-discovery grounded in internal wisdom. I will help you discover meaningful ways to express yourself, achieve better emotional regulation, and realize your strengths and potential. We will elevate self-compassion and nurture new habits that transform you into your own best friend, always moving at the speed that fits you. My passionate nature is contagious. Life transitions deserve support and I am honored to be a Healing Healer Network member at growURpotential since 2024, because we can all heal on purpose.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about many global and universal causes. The values that I hold dear to me are being an anti-racist and an queer ally. I support the Black Lives Matter movement, and the liberation of Palestine. I am multicultural and a descendant of Biafra. I have volunteered with the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center, and with the peer hotline for Endometriosis Association
