About My Clients
I seek to come alongside individual's, couples, and families who are seeking to take the first step towards healing in some area of life. The client/client's who are mentally and emotionally drained by all of the stressors life has to offer, please know support is here for you. I offer a place where the client(s) voice is amplified and they feel heard. As a clinician it is my goal to assist in guiding and supporting you as you take this journey toward healing and wholeness.
My Background and Approach
As a Professional Counselor and a Domestic Engineer of 11 year's, I offer the experience of practical and operational involvement. I specialize in Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Relationship Therapy, and Organizational and Productivity Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a wife and mother of five I understand and can relate to the pressure of life and living up to the standard of so many external factors. I like so many others have had my share of life's tumultuous experiences and simply needed a listening ear or someone to help guide me on this journey. Although life has its challenges I believe we have the power to accept or reject the way we view and live out those experiences. We posses the innate power to truly be the change we want to see in the world. If you are experiencing any of the following, please know YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Are you feeling unheard/dismissed in your relationships? Are you struggling with feelings of worry, fear, sadness, or feeling overwhelmed. You are not alone and assistance is here for you. My approach provides individual's, couples, and families a sounding board experience and assist in freeing you and aligning with you to reach your goals.
