About My Clients
Center for Rising Minds was founded to help bridge the gap in care for children and adults because comprehensive mental health care is challenging to find. More importantly, we have seen the benefit of collaborative and holistic care in treatment outcomes. While we specialize in neurodivergent conditions such a ADHD and autism, we also treat other disorders that are often co-occurring such as depression, anxiety, work/academic stress, and relationship challenges.
My Background and Approach
I am the founder of Center for Rising Minds and I earned my Master of Arts in Child Development from Tufts University and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. I have been practicing since 2016 and have provided care in a variety of settings and held leadership roles of clinical director and virtual medical director. I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, and other complex mental health concerns. I work with clients across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, life transitions, and family conflict. I take an integrative approach, blending techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapies, and mindfulness. I believe in tailoring treatment to fit each person’s unique needs, ensuring that we’re addressing the root causes of their struggles while building long-term resilience.
