I have many years of professional experience providing therapy in private practice and various mental health settings in the health care field. My approach is strength based and collaborative. I will help you to identify and use your resilient qualities to resolve difficult life situations. In therapy, I will help you to identify and use your resilient qualities to facilitate practical solutions that are self-directed and unique to your needs and well-being. During our initial session, we will talk about the concerns that bring you to therapy and discuss how best to help you resolve the issues at hand. We will create a plan together to help alleviate your concerns, increase emotional well-being, and maintain your positive strides made in therapy.
