About My Clients
My passion is to help you heal from trauma, burnout, or life transitions. If you’ve felt stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a safe, neuroaffirming space for neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals. Together we’ll explore your story, build coping skills, and take practical steps toward healing. My goal is to support you in finding empowerment, self-compassion, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, my focus is on helping you feel supported, understood, and capable of real change. I’ll guide you through practical tools and gentle exercises you can use anytime, anywhere, so you always have ways to calm your mind and body. We’ll explore what’s happening in the moment, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and practice steps that bring relief and clarity. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—you and I will work as a team to build resilience, create lasting skills, and help you feel more grounded, safe, and confident in your everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a neurodiverse-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with lived experience as a Puerto Rican woman navigating life in the U.S. after being raised on the island. I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and this personal experience allows me to deeply understand the challenges and opportunities that come with exploring a new diagnosis. I am passionate about supporting clients through diagnosis, post-diagnosis adjustments, trauma, and identity work, creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to navigate life with clarity and confidence.
