About My Clients
I work with all people and relationships across race, class, gender, sexuality, and other identities. By paying kind, nonjudgmental attention to you, we will become aware of what is working and what wants to evolve. I have the deepest respect for my clients. My Background and Approach
I earned an M.S from Portland State University, where I focused on individual and relationship counseling. I have had professional training in the Hakomi Method, RC-S, and Attachment Therapy from M.E.T.A., where I also completed a year-long internship. I completed full basic training in EMDR and additional training in Attachment Focused EMDR. I have training in using EMDR in a telehealth setting. I also have specialized training in grief counseling from The Dougy Center for Grieving Children and Families, where I was a volunteer facilitator. Before this, I earned a B.A. in English-Theatre from Barnard College and an M.F.A from the Yale School of Drama. I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon.
