About My Clients
You may know, logically, that the trauma you experienced wasn’t your fault. And yet, your body still holds the shame. Maybe you second guess how you responded. Maybe your story doesn’t look the way trauma is “supposed” to look. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying weight that was never theirs to hold — shame that was internalized, survival responses that kept them safe but now feel like barriers, and a deep mistrust of their own instincts.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in compassion, nervous system healing and trauma-informed care. I help clients untangle self blame from survival responses, rebuild trust in their instincts and reconnect to their bodies. I work with people who struggle with trauma, shame and self-blame, nervous system dysregulation, boundaries and relationships, and identity and self-worth. I offer a collaborative, body aware space where survival responses are respected, misplaced guilt is gently untangled, and healing is built on compassion rather than correction. Working together, you may notice overtime a growing sense of safety in the body, a stronger sense of self-trust and self-compassion, and an increased capacity to navigate triggers without feeling overwhelmed.
