About My Clients
I work with teens, college students, adults, and seniors who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of support and relief from life’s stressors. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and trauma through evidence-based practices.
My Background and Approach
I take an integrative, client-centered, and strengths-based approach because I believe every person has the capacity for healing and growth within them. I’m committed to empowering individuals to determine their own path while supporting them with tools that foster confidence and resilience. I focus on helping you tap into your own strengths and inner wisdom to support meaningful growth. Our work together will be collaborative, and I believe therapy extends beyond our sessions. I provide practical strategies and skills for you to integrate into your daily life, ensuring that your progress continues between appointments. My path to becoming a therapist began in the classroom as a teacher, where I learned that students thrive both academically and personally when their emotional needs are supported. That experience continues to inform my belief in the importance of compassion, connection, and seeing the whole person to help with healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel emotionally well and supported. Our mental health is deeply connected to many parts of our daily lives — including how we sleep, eat, move, and care for ourselves. When we nurture both our emotional and physical well-being, we create a stronger foundation for healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life. Outside of therapy I'm involved in volunteering, enjoying time outside, reading, traveling, and hanging with my pets!
