About My Clients
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression who may be feeling overwhelmed, distracted, stuck, or unlike themselves. Many are looking for answers, clearer understanding of their symptoms, or a treatment plan that actually fits their life. My clients value thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care, honest conversations about treatment options, and being an active part of decisions about their care.
My Background and Approach
With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I bring a broad perspective to psychiatric care and a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I’m licensed to provide telehealth psychiatric care in Colorado, Washington, Arizona, and Iowa. I believe good psychiatric care starts with understanding the whole picture—not simply identifying a diagnosis or reaching for a prescription. I take time to understand your symptoms, concerns, goals, and treatment preferences so we can make informed decisions together. I explain your options clearly, discuss potential benefits and risks, and tailor treatment to what makes sense for you. Through Solid Path Psychiatry, I provide secure telehealth care designed to make psychiatric treatment accessible, straightforward, and personalized.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be thoughtful, respectful, and individualized. There is no single approach that works for everyone, and finding the right treatment can take curiosity, patience, and an open conversation about what matters most to you. I value shared decision-making and believe you should understand your options and feel confident in the care you receive. Outside of practice, I value time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and finding moments to slow down and recharge. I bring that same appreciation for balance and quality of life into my approach to patient care.
