About My Clients
My clients are often high achievers who are very hard on themselves. On the outside, they appear like they have it all together, but on the inside, they are silently struggling. Their high expectations often lead to high levels of stress and anxiety, and they may experience relief more often than joy or feelings of accomplishment when they reach their goals. Many of my clients were diagnosed with ADHD later in life and are yearning to understand more about who they are and what they want in life
My Background and Approach
I incorporate mindfulness therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic therapy to help my you learn how to get out of the rabbit hole of anxiety and live a more present and abundant life. My approach is gentle and compassionate while I challenge you to learn more about yourself and grow into the person you want to become. I focus a lot on helping you learn how to be kind to yourself and support yourself through all the ups and downs of life. If this sounds like what you need, please reach out.
