Life can feel overwhelming at times… I understand! I’m here to help you with issues ranging from stress management, relationships, anxiety, communication issues, life transitions, grief, and depression. I will offer unique insights into your experiences, and we will work together to guide you to live an overall happier and more meaningful life. Together, we will create attainable goals for you to accomplish and gain some helpful skills to cope with a range of different situations.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach to therapy which includes but not limited to person-centered, somatic experiencing, CBT, RO-DBT, and DBT. I have completed a 200 hour- yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection. I offer a range of skills from psychoeducation, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
