If you are ready to find more joy in your life, I am ready to help guide you! My work as a therapist began as a doula and supporting families through the transition to parenthood continues to be an important part of my work, but the struggles of parenthood go beyond the postpartum period and I'm here for all of it.
My Background and Approach
I am a Wayne State University graduate with a focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My clinical experience is in residential adolescent behavioral health and private practice working with women, specifically moms, at Happy Mama Counseling. I have remained at Happy Mama Counseling and love supporting moms and families! I use several therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, CBT, and ACT to help clients navigate through their issues and do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy.
