About My Clients
I serve adults, couples, families and adolescents ages 12+. I enjoy working within a system that is in need of support through life stressors / transitions, individuals wanting to heal from their trauma, as well as adolescents and young adults who are struggling with attachment disruptions, conflictual patterns, or identity formation.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Saint Mary's University in 2017. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Throughout my journey as a therapist, I have established an approach centered around relationships, empowerment, and emotional safety to assist in clients growth and discovery. I also practice intersectionality and use cultural responsiveness when working with oppressed populations, and marginalized groups. Prior to my work at Canopy Mental Health and Consulting, I spent seven years working with adolescents and their families in an intensive outpatient day treatment program for adolescents, doing individual, family and group therapy.
