About My Clients
Over the years, I have gained experience in the mental and behavioral health field, working with children and adolescents, college students, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism symptoms. Although I have experience treating various mental health conditions and symptoms, my focus areas include anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress, and adjustments to college.
My Background and Approach
In May 2022, I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University and became a National Certified Counselor. I work mainly from a CBT approach but utilize solution-focused and mindfulness-based modalities to help my clients reach their goals. Despite this, I will constantly tailor my approach to treatment based on my client's needs to ensure that an individual’s unique needs are met. Ultimately, what you can expect from me is authenticity and a comforting space where you can express your innermost thoughts and emotions and be your true self.
